Again, poor kid. AJ’s ear doctor is wanting to install another set of ear tubes. He’s still getting ear infections left and right, even after he had his tonsils out last year. Say a prayer, surgery is at 6:30am tomorrow July 17th 2008.
Great post from Jennifer over at fairordinary.com blog. Jennifer wrote about 50 things to do with kids in Greenville, SC. Not only did I learn a whole bunch of cool things to do with AJ but she also used a picture I took of downtown Greenville last winter. Thanks again Jennifer!
I’m finally got to update my image gallery but I still have tons more to add from over the last few months. Anyway I’ve added a few images from our latest trip to the local bowling alley. Rachel, Pops, Nana, AJ and I had tons of fun. Make sure that you click on any of the images below to view the rest of the bowling images.
I’m a slacker. I just noticed that these are from January 2008. Man do I need to update the image gallery.
I discovered a nice website running a script that can create a CD, and DVD, paper case for you. The most basic version of the CD paper case requires an artist, an title and tracks to be entered before the paper case will be created as an Adobe PDF document that can be printed later on.
The basic form can list up to 16 titles and offers several optional parameters like selecting the paper format, type (papercase or jewel case) and the font from Western, Japanese, Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional. An advanced form is available as well which increases the tracks to 28, provides room for additional text, an address and return address and a graphic from a selection on the site.
The website provides access to a CD search engine which can automatically fill in the artist, album and track information if the CD is a commercial CD. It’s naturally also possible to use it to create a paper case for a movie or other data by leaving some of the fields blank during the setup.
Quick and simple online image to icon converter. If you even need to create a couple of icons for your website make sure to give Bradicon a try. This handy icon generator can take pretty much any image (JPG, PNG, BMP, or GIF) and turn it into an icon that you can then download and save to your PC. Upload an image, convert it to an icon, download it. Done.
Yesterday I came across a slightly mysterious website — a collection of Polaroids, one per day, from March 31, 1979 through October 25, 1997. There’s no author listed, no contact info, and no other indication as to where these came from. So, naturally, I started looking through the photos. I was stunned by what I found…
